Summary
Join WelbeHealth, a value-based healthcare organization, as a Quality Operations Coordinator and support our PACE market operations. You will conduct medical record reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness, identify deficiencies, and monitor corrections. Responsibilities include data collection, auditing electronic health records (EHRs), reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will participate in team initiatives and assist with WelbeHealth audits. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential. This role requires bilingualism in Mandarin and healthcare experience.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin
- Associateβs degree preferred; three years of experience may be substituted in lieu of education
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a healthcare setting or related area; PACE experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with working a varied schedule, which may require nights and weekends, and must be comfortable travelling onsite for business needs
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and Health Information Management expertise
- Extensive MS office suite experience, strong data gathering skills, and technical skills with computer navigation required
Responsibilities
- Identify potential deficiencies, and facilitate and monitor appropriate corrections to ensure data integrity in the EHR, as well as monitor participant medical records for complete and timely documentation, promptly reporting to QOD when policies and procedures are not being followed
- Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other QO team initiatives
- Conduct medical records audits to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Assist with WelbeHealth audits by preparing documents for desk review submission (universe lists), as well as assist with EMR navigation and impact analysis
- Review and reconcile assigned regulatory logs
- Complete required investigations and notifications
- Communicate with stakeholders across the enterprise
