R Programming Consultant

Summary

Join our team as an R Programming Consultant for a 12-month, fully remote contract (EST timezone). This role requires 2-3 years of experience in R programming, R Shiny/R Markdown, and Unix/Linux environments. You will also need 1 year of R administration experience and 3-4 years of cloud experience (Azure/AWS) managing VMs, storage, SSO, networking, and dockers. A strong understanding of pharma drug development and clinical activities (4-5 years experience) is crucial. Key skills include R programming, R Shiny, and R Markdown.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of R programming experience
• 2-3 years of R Shiny / R Markdown experience
• 1 year of R administration experience
• 3-4 years of Cloud (Azure /AWS) experience in terms of managing VMs, storage, SSO integration, networking, and dockers
• 2-3 years of experience working in Unix/Linux environments
• 4-5 years of Pharma drug development awareness, thorough knowledge of Clinical activities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain R-based applications and solutions
• Utilize R Shiny and R Markdown for creating interactive reports and dashboards
• Administer R environments and related infrastructure
• Manage virtual machines, storage, SSO integration, networking, and dockers in Azure or AWS cloud environments
• Work effectively in Unix/Linux environments
• Apply knowledge of pharma drug development and clinical activities to projects
