RCM Manager

Summary

MedCore Solutions is seeking a highly experienced RCM Manager to join their team. The RCM Manager will be responsible for managing the entire revenue cycle process, developing strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing revenue cycle data, and leading a high-performing team of revenue cycle professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of revenue cycle processes
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement policies, and coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT)
• Experience with revenue cycle management software and tools
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle management process
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance
• Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve complex billing issues
• Analyze revenue cycle data and key performance indicators
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of revenue cycle professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, payers, and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Revenue Cycle Management (e.g., CRCR, CHFP)
