Requirements
3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience
Responsibilities
- Foster and develop strong client relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications
- Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
- Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows
- Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members
- Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients
- Manage new client implementations
- Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings
- Participate in marketing and business development strategy
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare and RCM experience preferred
