Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent to support our business and help close deals. The agent will be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers’ wants and needs, and following up to ensure a successful sale.

Requirements

• Real-estate license or pursuing required
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hard-working, dedicated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Represent our team with integrity and dedication to our clients
• Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies
• Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements and leases
• Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements
• Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients
