Requirements
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas in a metric-driven environment
- Ability to build strong rapport over the phone
- Ability to learn our product and process and educate customers
- Proficient in CRM tools
- Ability to obtain a license
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class, end-to-end customer experiences from inbound lead to close
- Discover individual seller motivation and matching our Sale-Leaseback product to their needs
- Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce
- Share key learnings with team members to increase team success
- Partner with teams across the business including Transaction Managers, Marketing and Real Estate
- Serve as a brand ambassador to customers, partners, and other stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate or Business Development
- Licensed real estate agent
