Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Solid written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule
  • Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or emails
  • Handle internal and external communications
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily emails
  • Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain and update contact databases and other relevant records
  • Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing as needed
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure smooth operations
