Summary
The job is for a full-time remote Client Receptionist who will handle client inquiries over the phone, act as a hub of organization and communication for the internal support team, and sell appropriate levels of support to clients. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, superb customer service skills, the ability to work during weekdays and/or weekends between 8am-12am, and a passion for problem-solving.
Requirements
- The ability to work 35-40 hours per week, during weekdays and/or weekends (between 8am-12am)
- A naturally friendly and warm personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Superb customer service skills
- The ability to evaluate situations in the moment and make quick, appropriate decisions
Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming support requests inside and outside of regular business hours
- Escalate incoming calls to the support team or note them for follow-up at a later time based on the level of support required
- Work within the web-based ticketing system, interacting directly with the Technology Specialists to ensure response times and other important support procedures are adhered to
- Assist in the upkeep of the ticketing system, ensuring all support events are accurately documented
- Walk clients through their options and sell them the appropriate level of support that fits their needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior receptionist experience
- Experience using software to track and manage client data
- Interest and ability to learn new technology
