Join Blockstream as a Recruiter for a 6-month contract with the potential for a full-time position. You will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent globally. This involves full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers, and improving hiring processes. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment, a data-driven approach, and excellent communication skills. The hourly pay rate is $60-$75.

Requirements

• Passion for all things recruiting
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or startup environment
• Experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers and senior leaders to build out effective, efficient and inclusive processes
• Track record closing candidates & educating them on the value of compensation packages that include stock options
• Excellent communication, organizational skills and follow-through, both internally and externally
• A data driven approach to hiring & experience using data to back up assumptions to iterate & improve hiring processes

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical roles across the organization
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers and interviewing teams on interviewing best practices
• Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing strategies
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience through attentive management and communication
• Report on key recruiting metrics and utilize them to drive changes in processes and reveal insights
• Participate in major improvement projects to upgrade our hiring infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bitcoin experience as a user and/or recruiter
• Experience hiring for remote-first teams, both domestic and internationally
• Open Source recruiting experience

Benefits

The hourly pay rate for this role is between $60 - $75/hour
