Summary

Join Cartwheel, a technology-enabled mental health services startup, as a Recruiter to contribute to tackling the student mental health crisis. This full-time, remote, salaried W2 position focuses on clinical recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, utilize various sourcing methods, ensure a positive candidate experience, and promote diversity and inclusion. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of recruiting experience, including healthcare/clinical recruitment. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent
• Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment, required
• Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Cartwheel uses Greenhouse as our ATS, and Gem as our sourcing and reporting platform

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
• Partner with hiring managers to advise and support their corporate hiring needs
• Play a critical role in developing and executing a multi-state recruitment strategy
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent
• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
• Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting master's level therapists, strongly preferred
