Summary

Join Cobalt, a rapidly expanding company in the pentesting industry, as a Contract Recruiter for a 3-6 month engagement. This fully remote role will have you partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, screen candidates, guide them through the interview process, and proactively source talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, proven experience recruiting for technical roles, and experience with Greenhouse ATS. Requirements

  • 2–3 years of previous recruitment experience
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles is required
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Familiarity with managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
  • Availability to commit to a 3 - 6-month contract role, working core hours in the Eastern or Central time zones

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Screen both technical and non-technical candidates for fit, qualifications, and interest
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of tools and channels
  • Review resumes and applications to assess alignment with open roles
  • Own the end-to-end candidate process, from first contact to offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our applicant tracking system

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Greenhouse ATS (preferred)
