Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for those from an agency or staffing environment (a mix of agency and in-house is acceptable; exclusively in-house experience is less ideal)
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
- Comfortable conducting interviews and discussing compensation and job details with candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote setting
- Highly self-driven and adaptable in fast-paced, competitive environments
- Results-oriented and goal-focused, with a strong drive to exceed expectations
Responsibilities
- Engage with candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Qualify applicants for a range of technical roles based on criteria provided by hiring managers
- Conduct phone and video screens to assess communication skills, cultural fit, and technical relevance
- Source passive and active talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
- Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Indeed to manage pipelines and streamline workflows
- Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates post-interview
- Maintain regular communication with consultants on assignment to ensure smooth, ongoing engagements
- Extend and present job offers in collaboration with hiring managers
- Support onboarding by guiding new hires through HR, payroll, and systems setup
- Check in with new hires during their early tenure to support a smooth transition
- Participate in client-facing activities, such as role intake calls and interview scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting technical roles within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong sales acumen or an existing network that can be leveraged for business development
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems
- Understanding of employee benefits and related processes
- Hands-on experience with Recruitee, Indeed Employer tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exposure to or interest in custom software development
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience
