Summary

Join DeepIntent's Talent Acquisition team as a Contract Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements. Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, assist in crafting job descriptions, and report on recruiting metrics. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. This is a temporary role.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within adtech
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non technical positions
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS platform, Greenhouse
