The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, and proficiency in using various recruitment tools. The role is 100% remote, but the candidate must reside within the continental US. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in federal contracts, Healthcare IT, or staffing agencies
- Proven success in a remote work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, administering technical assessments, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates
- Develop sourcing strategies and timelines for job openings, adjusting as necessary to meet hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create effective recruitment strategies
- Evaluate candidates for overall fit and confirm qualifications through pre-screening interviews
- Support the business development team by building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles
- Review a high volume of applications daily, maintain the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with EEO guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to follow employment laws and regulations e.g. DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA, etc
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain a government clearance
