Summary

Innova8 is seeking a recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and technical recruiting. The successful candidate will work across multiple Innova8 portfolio companies in business and technology focused roles, helping build processes that work for the culture of each portfolio company. Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and technical recruiting
  • Experience scaling early stage teams, either as an agency partner or in house

Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple Innova8 portfolio companies in business and technology focused roles
  • Work on roles within our portfolio, from req creation to closing
  • Be an advocate for competency based recruiting
  • Build and work with inclusionary recruiting practices

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you have agency experience
