Summary

Join I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa, a global BPO company, as a Recruiter partnering with a US-based healthcare client. You will be a crucial part of the recruitment team, efficiently reviewing around 300 resumes weekly to identify qualified nursing candidates. Your primary responsibility is assessing candidate qualifications and experience to ensure only the most suitable progress through the hiring process. This remote role requires working US hours (9 am to 6 pm EST) and necessitates a fixed fibre line internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a power backup solution. The position offers a negotiable fixed salary (not commission-based) and is open to South African citizens only.

Requirements

• Experience in a Recruitment role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, capable of supporting a wired Ethernet connection
• Have a power backup solution to manage loadshedding or power outages

Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team and play a crucial role in the recruitment process by efficiently reviewing resumes to identify qualified Nursing candidates
• Assess candidates' qualifications and experience against the requirements, ensuring that only the most suitable resumes progress through the hiring process
• Screen around 300 CV's per week
• Conduct telephone interviews
• Book interviews with potential candidates

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in resume screening, preferably in healthcare or a similar role
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases
