Summary
Join Neal R. Gross & Co. (NRGCO) as a Part-Time Contract Recruiter! This fully remote position offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing candidate communication, and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate has proven recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and experience with remote recruiting. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule (10-20 hours/week) and competitive hourly rate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a corporate environment or recruiting agency
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with remote recruiting and familiarity with virtual interview platforms
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions
- Review applicants and source and attract top-tier talent through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers in collaboration with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with legal field or professional services recruiting
