Summary

Join Sana Commerce's international Talent Acquisition team as a Global Corporate Recruiter, focusing on hiring top talent globally for offices in Dallas, Dubai, Medellin, and Rotterdam. This role offers the opportunity to experiment with new approaches, including AI, to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, revenue, and corporate roles across multiple countries, partnering closely with hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor. You will source and engage top talent using various channels and collaborate with the team to innovate processes and the candidate experience. The position is hybrid, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across tech, revenue and corporate roles, preferably in a (global) SaaS environment
  • (Near) native in English
  • Ability to manage recruitment across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive executor mindset – you take ownership, reflect, iterate, and drive results when hiring is challenging. You are in the lead
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers at all levels, confidently handling challenging conversations
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • A curious and innovative approach, open to experimenting with AI and other tools to continuously improve processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech, revenue, and corporate roles in multiple countries
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing market insights
  • Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and other channels
  • Experiment with AI and other tools to improve the way we attract talent
  • Share feedback and collaborate closely with the team to innovate how we work, the tools we use, and the candidate experience we deliver
