The position offers a competitive salary of up to PHP 35,000 and unlimited paid time off after a three-month probationary period.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or talent acquisition firm
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in candidate evaluation
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Organize and facilitate candidate assessments, including technical tests, personality evaluations, and skill-based exercises
• Ensure all assessments are completed accurately and timely
• Perform thorough background checks, including employment history, references, and relevant certifications
• Verify candidate information and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback sessions
• Provide a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
