Summary

Join our team as a Full-Cycle Recruiter and play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions. You will collaborate closely with the Account Manager to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role demands utilizing various sourcing methods, conducting interviews, performing background checks, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will also assist in drafting job descriptions and building relationships with stakeholders. Staying informed on industry trends and participating in recruitment events are also key aspects of this position. This is a full-time, remote position based in the US, operating within US Eastern Time Zone hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or customer service is required
  • 2 - 3 years of experience directly recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing requirements is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Openness to immediate process changes
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for learning and willingness to develop new skills

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms
  • Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus - particularly Bullhorn
