Summary

Join Spring Health, a rapidly growing mental healthcare company, as a Recruiter for a 3-month temporary assignment with potential extension. You will perform full-cycle recruitment for corporate teams, working remotely with a 9 AM-5 PM EST schedule. This role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment and impact recruitment processes, employer branding, and a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate has at least two years of GTM recruiting experience, proven success in scaling high-performing teams, and proficiency with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will collaborate with hiring managers, optimize processes, and build strong candidate relationships. The target salary range is $100,000-$110,000.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM recruiting experience with a track record of recruiting and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience independently partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring initiatives
  • Experience using Recruiting tools, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc
  • You are always looking at how to optimize processes with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and effectively pitch the company's value proposition
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
  • Communicates Effectively. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Cross Functional Collaboration. An appetite for cross functional collaboration to learn and grow from hiring partners and teams across the business
  • Attracts Top Talent. Attracts and selects the best talent to meet current and future business needs from inside and/or outside the organization

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for one of our GTM business units
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process
  • Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Navigate and configure ATS platform and other recruiting tools and systems (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Be the guardian and champion of candidate experience
  • Drive a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus

The target base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000
