Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience as an in-house recruiter
• Experience in full-time recruitment (new graduates and mid-career)

Responsibilities

• Provide support to candidates
• Develop and arrange selection steps
• Develop and execute proactive actions for talent pool formation
• Establish necessary personnel requirements with management
• Communicate with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mid-career recruitment
• Experience in recruiting engineers
• Experience in recruiting consultants
• Experience in business operations outside of HR/recruiting
