Summary

Join Team Rubicon as a Leased Employee, Recruiter and contribute to our People Operations team! This temporary, remote position (3-6 months, potential for extension) involves identifying and attracting candidates, conducting screenings, collaborating with hiring teams, and extending job offers. You will provide insights on candidate selection and inform candidates about the role and company culture. The role reports to the Deputy Director, Talent Management and can be based remotely anywhere in the US. This is a contingent position managed through a third-party staffing agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting experience and proficiency in various tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably within a complex scaling or high-growth organization or staffing agencies); or equivalent experience with demonstrated success building effective, front to back recruiting pipelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, et al), LinkedIn, and various online sourcing methods and CRM/ATS tools (Greenhouse ATS preferred)
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards and sourcing
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements for each open role
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and hiring strategies
  • Provide candidates with important information about the role, interview process, and company culture
  • Extend job offers to select candidates and negotiate terms of employment
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a complex scaling or high-growth organization or staffing agencies
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
