• Experience: 3+ years in both IT and Non-IT recruitment
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing and conducting interviews via Teams, Zoom, or Skype
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Industry Insight: Deep understanding of job requirements and assessments for IT and Non-IT roles
• Networking Pro: Proven ability to build and maintain a solid professional network
