Summary
Join Unit4's Global Recruitment Team as a remote Recruiter based in Portugal! You will drive the full hiring process for key roles across Europe, APAC, and North America. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source top talent, manage the hiring journey using SmartRecruiters, and collaborate with various teams to create an outstanding hiring experience. This role requires proven full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter in an agency or in-house environment, with a track record of successfully hiring top talent
- Strong ability to manage and influence hiring managers, providing guidance and best practices to drive an efficient and effective hiring process
- Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced talent acquisition techniques
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey from start to finish
- High sense of urgency and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and digital recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different teams and levels of the organization
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Leaders Worldwide: Partner with hiring managers across diverse regions to understand their unique needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract exceptional talent quickly
- Engage with Global Talent: Proactively source and build relationships with top candidates, connecting their motivations with opportunities
- Own the Recruitment Process: Leverage our ATS (SmartRecruiters) to manage every stage of the hiring journey, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accuracy
- Be a Team Player: Work closely with key teams like People Advisory, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, and IT to create an outstanding hiring experience across regions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with employer branding initiatives, including social media engagement, content creation, and talent attraction strategies
- Additional European languages
