Summary

Join WorkOS, a developer platform building tools for enterprise-ready apps, as an experienced Recruiter. You will enhance our recruitment process, drive candidate engagement, and attract top talent for technical and nontechnical roles. You will manage the full interview process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You'll also improve candidate closing processes, referral programs, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles
  • Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes
  • Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals
  • Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities
