Recruiter, Interviewer

Summary

Join Pearl Talent as a fully remote Recruiter/Interviewer and play a pivotal role in connecting top candidates with transformative opportunities. You will conduct interviews, facilitate assessments, perform background checks, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role requires proven recruitment experience, strong interviewing and assessment skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in recruitment software. Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or talent acquisition firm
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in candidate evaluation
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Organize and oversee candidate assessments, including technical tests and personality evaluations
• Ensure assessments are completed accurately and promptly
• Perform thorough background checks, including employment history and references
• Verify candidate information and address any discrepancies
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Schedule interviews, provide follow-ups, and offer a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries and concerns
