Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

Join Hightouch as a Recruiting Coordinator and partner with our hiring team to create an exceptional candidate experience and identify top talent. You will be the face of the company, owning the candidate experience and playing a key role in business growth. This role involves scheduling and coordinating the entire candidate experience for our GTM and EPD recruiting teams (6 recruiters). You will build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes, develop strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewers, and communicate effectively to ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will be proactive in problem-solving and thrive in a dynamic environment. Hightouch values impact and potential for growth over years of experience.

Requirements

• Have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
• Be incredibly organized and be able to manage multiple priorities
• Be proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - be able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
• Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Be creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done

Responsibilities

• Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our GTM and EPD recruiting teams (6 recruiters)
• Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
• Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
• Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment
