Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

Join Job Mobz, part of a family of brands including Flawless Recruit and Recruiter.com, as a Recruiting Coordinator for a large SaaS company client in Mexico. This fully remote, six-month contract position allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico. You will coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, generate offer letters, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience with a large tech company, experience with a US-based company, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with Greenhouse ATS. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company
• Experience working for a US-based company
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using ATS Greenhouse
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
• Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
• Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
