Requirements

  • Experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred, as is impressive attention to detail and exceptional follow-through skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units
  • Prior exposure to Greenhouse or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred but not required
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attentional to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop relationships with employees at different levels, work with various departments, and foster teamwork
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
  • Interest in developing a career in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, interview coordination, conference room booking, and candidate expenses
  • Promote a friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process
  • Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and managing any schedule changes accordingly
  • Provide an itinerary to candidates upon arrival
  • Escort candidates to conference rooms for interviews and provide them with a hospitable in-office experience
  • Coordinate Zoom interviews when necessary, with candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring teams
  • Correspond with candidates and clients throughout the process by email, phone, and in person
  • Assist with updating candidate information in Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Follow up with interviewers and candidates post-interview and compile feedback
  • Assist with conducting reference checks and initiate background checks as needed
  • Partner closely with Human Capital and Technology to ensure a successful onboarding process
  • Assist with ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects
