Summary

Join GoFundMe as a Recruiting Coordinator and play a key role in providing exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruiting operations and attract top talent to our mission-driven organization. This part-time, temporary position in Buenos Aires offers the possibility of extension. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining accurate data in the ATS, posting job openings, assisting with job descriptions, supporting recruiting projects, organizing recruiting events, acting as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support, excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and discretion. Experience with ATS software and proficiency in Google Workspace are preferred. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role (internships included)
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage communication with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and feedback
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Post job openings on job boards, the company careers page, and social media channels
  • Assist with drafting and updating job descriptions
  • Support the recruiting team with projects such as employer branding, recruiting metrics tracking, sourcing and process improvements
  • Help organize recruiting events, job fairs, and career days
  • Act as a point of contact for candidate inquiries to ensure a positive experience
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the recruiting team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ATS software
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
