Requirements
- Effectively convey information and updates to candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and transparent interactions
- Pay close attention to the specifics of scheduling, documentation, and process management to avoid errors and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently, balancing the needs of candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers with precision
- Adjust to changes and unexpected challenges in the process, maintaining flexibility to handle varying demands and priorities
- Utilize recruiting tools and systems effectively, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI tools such as LLMs, and other technology platforms, to streamline processes and manage candidate data
- Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise, taking initiative to resolve problems and improve processes
- Partner closely with various stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient process
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage the recruiting workflow, ensuring timely coordination and follow-up
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting coordination, collaborating with Recruiting, hiring managers, and interviewers to create a seamless journey
- Regularly share data-driven insights with recruiters & business leaders
- Master our tech stack to enhance scheduling, candidate management, and system efficiency, ensuring optimal use of all features
- Deliver a high-touch, efficient hiring experience by managing interview schedules and related processes with speed and empathy
- Continuously seek and implement improvements to streamline, automate, and enhance the talent acquisition process - driven by the data you will regularly review & analyze
- Engage in recruiting programs, projects, and ad hoc Talent initiatives, driving success across the board
