You will play a pivotal role in managing interview coordination and streamlining recruiting operations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Requirements
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and enjoyable to work with

- You have a general understanding of relevant recruiting tools, such as Google Workspace and some of the big-name Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, etc
Responsibilities
- Take charge of coordinating our multi-step interview processes, ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth candidate journey
- Serve as the central point of coordination to deliver a smooth, positive, and professional experience for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Build strong relationships with our candidates and internal team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential
- Effectively partner with recruiters to bring creative recruiting operations ideas to life
- Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
- Track, manage, and optimize every interaction while serving as the go-to contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Preferred Qualifications
- You’re located within the eastern half of the USA, or are willing to work Eastern Time hours
- You’re an expert when it comes to working within an Applicant Tracking System
- You have an interest in expanding your knowledge across other areas of People Operations and bring a growth-oriented mindset to your work
