Summary
Join OM USA as a Recruiting & Placement Consultant to manage and execute the full cycle of program coordination, recruiting, and placement for OM Experiences and Internships. This role is key to OM USA’s strategy of engaging more people in experiences that awaken their heart for the least reached. You will work independently and collaboratively to match candidates with opportunities aligning with their skills and passions. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing and recruitment, stakeholder relationship management, placement and onboarding, and administration and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong cross-cultural experience, and excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on OM's global mission.

Responsibilities
- Increase the number of participants and quality of experience in OM USA’s short-term programs (“OM Experiences”) and internships
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with OM fields and global partners to offer diverse, high-impact opportunities
- Build a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing and relationship building
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract mission-fit candidates for internships and short-term mission experiences
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment to evaluate readiness, skills, experience, and alignment with placement opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline for future placement into long-term opportunities and roles
- Collaborate with OM teams and partners to identify and shape internships and OM Experience opportunities
- Train and support hosts to ensure high-quality student experiences
- Leverage digital platforms, partnerships, and events to expand reach and promote OM USA as a sending organization of choice
- Determine and communicate offered program types, locations, dates, learning objectives, including amenities (e.g. housing, local transportation), and costs
- Guide candidates through the application, interview, and onboarding process, matching candidates with best-fit programs based on their skills and interests
- Coordinate with local teams or partners to arrange all program details necessary for an excellent participant experience
- Facilitate information flow of OM USA and host policies, procedures, and logistics (travel, visas, funds transfers, insurance, reimbursements, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, placement tasks, and communication with fields and partners in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software platforms
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activities, placement outcomes, and candidate insights; analyze recruitment data to improve processes and outcomes
- Collect feedback and share stories to inspire engagement and support for OM’s mission
- Occasional domestic and international travel
- Use computer, network systems, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment
- Participate in team prayer, training, fellowship, and cross-functional projects
- Cross-department collaboration (as determined with supervisor)
- Model OM’s values and culture in all interactions
