• Build brand in the market
• Create new relationships as well as leverage existing accounts with clients
• Arrange events/ meets ups within your market area
• Keep up to date with industry knowledge and map out your market
• Find the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other
• Create job adverts
• Negotiate with both clients and candidates
