Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Proven experience as a recruiter in an in-house or agency setting
• Expertise in recruitment methods and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven and proactive, with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for healthcare and aviation roles
• Use diverse sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract and engage qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Gather and analyze feedback from interviews to support informed hiring decisions
• Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
