Remote Talent Associate

Summary

Join a dynamic team at Turing as a Technical Sourcer and oversee the lifecycle of assigned positions, leveraging external sourcing channels and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience working in recruitment, either as a Headhunter or in Talent Acquisition (we could consider 2+ YoE as well if the candidate's prior work experience is similar to Turing's client placement model)
• 1+ years of previous experience with IT / technical recruiting
• Background of handling high volume of positions and prioritization
• Experience utilizing internal ATS for search, candidate and pipeline management
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Overssee the lifecycle of assigned positions: Understand requirements, externally source candidates, engage with candidates, negotiate rates, and track internal operational activities
• Exhibit strong ownership and expertise in technical recruiting
• Establish a network of relevant candidates beyond the Turing platform, leveraging external sourcing channels/job boards
• Take prompt action and demonstrate accountability in closing open roles
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and take responsibility for addressing any challenges and meeting service level agreements
