Recruitment Coordinator

You will manage complete selection processes, post vacancies, conduct interviews, create reports, manage recruitment sources, and perform administrative tasks. This role requires experience in recruitment analysis, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. Requirements

• Training in HR, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or similar
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a recruitment analyst
• Good command of Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Very good organization and attention to detail
• Commitment to the team and to Jobandtalent's objectives

Responsibilities

• Manage complete selection processes from the first phase
• Publish vacancies on different portals and websites
• Conduct telephone, in-person, video, or group dynamic interviews
• Prepare reports and comments on each candidate and on the process in general
• Manage 2.0 recruitment sources
• Perform administrative functions associated with the position
