Summary
Join Capco's Recruiting Team as a Recruiting Coordinator and become an ambassador for both Capco and the team. You will oversee the interview scheduling process, ensuring a streamlined candidate experience and acting as the main point of contact for interviews. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, communicating with applicants and hiring managers, maintaining the applicant tracking system, collaborating on process improvements, and facilitating interview events. You will also aid in onboarding new hires and lead the employee referral program. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of corporate experience (preferably in recruitment), proficiency with Greenhouse (ATS), and excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of corporate experience, preferably in recruitment or a relationship development role
- Incredibly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) required
- Creative and process-driven, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Ability to prioritize work and keep detailed, accurate and confidential information and records
- Excellent in verbal, written, and customer service skills
- Exhibits a high sense of urgency and tenacity
- Ability to build strong and productive working relationships
- Enthusiastic and positive approach with all you do
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews from initial contact to delivering interview schedules
- Provide timely and professional communications with applicants and hiring managers
- Act as a warm welcome and informational guide to candidates, assisting them throughout their interview process
- Assist with maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) for candidate tracking and pull accurate data to report on pipelines, conversions and other metrics
- Collaborate with team to implement process changes and best practices to make hiring more efficient
- Facilitate, organize and schedule interview events and super days
- Aid in facilitating on-boarding and new hire experience
- Provide new hires with various materials and exceptional experience while acting as a liaison for new hires and hiring managers
- Lead employee referral program and tracking thereof
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed
- When applicable, provide onsite support for events, including candidate meet and greet, escorting to interview conference rooms and ensuring a seamless interview experience
