Requirements
- Two+ years of recruiting coordinator experience
- Experience working for a tech start-up
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with programs such as: G suite, Greenhouse, Jira (or some kind of other ticketing system), goodtime.io and/or Calendly
- Able to schedule 100 interviews a week
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate approximately 100 interviews per week, ensuring efficient use of hiring managers' time and providing a smooth candidate experience
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accurately recorded
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and adjust scheduling priorities accordingly
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, video interviews, and on-site interviews (if applicable) using tools such as G Suite, Greenhouse, and Calendly
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate resumes, and other relevant materials to interviewers
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires, including coordination of necessary paperwork and scheduling of orientation sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
