As a Bilingual Recruitment Analyst, you will be in charge of the recruitment and selection process for mass and strategic positions for our most important clients in the Antioquia region. You will manage complete selection processes from the first phase, post vacancies on different portals and websites, conduct phone, in-person, video, or group interviews, and prepare reports and comments on each candidate and the overall process. You will also manage 2.0 recruitment sources and perform administrative functions associated with the position. Requirements

• Have a background in HR, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a similar field
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience as a recruitment analyst
• Have conversational English (B1)
• Have good Excel skills
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be committed to the team and Jobandtalent's objectives
