Summary

Join SwingDev, the Polish branch of a fast-growing Silicon Valley InsurTech company, as a Recruitment Lead! Lead a small, collaborative team, focusing on attracting top IT talent for our US and Polish offices. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial briefings to final interviews, while also contributing to hands-on recruitment for senior roles. This role requires 6+ years of IT recruitment experience, including 2+ years of team leadership, and excellent English and Polish language skills. Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in leading a team
  • Have 6+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry
  • Communicate easily with different stakeholders and be capable of asking the right questions to extract key insights
  • Organize and prioritize your own work and the work of a team, come up with your own initiatives, notice improvements to implement and think about finding solutions, not creating problems
  • Smoothly use Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1)
  • Be available full-time and be able to show up in our Warsaw office from time to time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process (i.e., briefs with Hiring Managers, reaching out to candidates, writing advertisements, conducting recruitment interviews, or providing feedback)
  • Cooperate daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States
  • Support individual growth and help the team thrive
  • Tackle projects to improve the work and processes
  • Find new ways to make recruitment even better
  • Jump into hands-on recruitment from time to time, like hiring for higher-level roles or stepping in when things get busy
  • Look for answers on your own, propose ideas, and look for improvements and changes
  • Initiate and implement your ideas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience in product companies
  • Prefer engaging with new people over "questioning" and be skilled in conducting partner recruitment interviews using behavioral techniques
  • Have a gut feeling, but can also back it up with the fact that a specific person will fit us perfectly
  • Actively look for candidates from various sources. Feel good about sourcing, know what Boolean search and X-Ray search are without googling it!
