Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing or full cycle with a focus on sourcing preferably in defense, tech, or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading a team
  • Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media mining, and database utilization
  • Strong analytical skills to define, create, and measure TA&D activities, driving data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consulting skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • This position requires US citizenship for work under DOD contracts

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles in Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Mission Operations & Intelligence, and Modeling, Simulation, & Training
  • Leverage Boolean search strings, social media, professional networks, and specialized databases to uncover passive talent
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future needs
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Provide training and support to team members on sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Monitor team performance, establish KPIs, and ensure goals are met or exceeded
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to understand talent needs and align sourcing efforts with business goals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing regular updates, setting realistic expectations, and addressing concerns promptly
  • Quickly learn and understand basic technical terminology, job functions, and industry trends related to C6ISR, software development, and IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to refine job descriptions and candidate profiles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Recruiting up to a TS/SCI FSP clearance
  • Familiarity: With Intelligence, C6ISR, Space, Security, and Digital Transformation talent markets
  • Proposal Recruiting: Experience recruiting for proposals and business development opportunities
