Summary
Join AJW Turkey as a Regional Account Executive and build strong relationships with key industry decision-makers. Maximize opportunities with existing and potential customers through frequent contact and innovative solutions. Your responsibilities include developing customer relationships, responding to requests, quoting customers, identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and collaborating with the regional team. This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in business development or sales, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Strategic thinking, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Multiple language skills (Arabic, Russian) are preferred, and relocation to Turkey/Istanbul/Beylikduzu is required.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Have 2+ years of Business Development or marketing/Sales management experience
- Possess excellent written and verbal English/Turkish communication skills
- Possess excellent presentation skills and be proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Be a strategic thinker with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Have the ability to prioritize and manage workloads
- Possess good problem-solving ability with the ability to use initiative and common sense
- Live in or be willing to relocate to Turkiye/Istanbul/Beylikduzu
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision-makers to maximize opportunities with existing and potential customers, through frequent visits and contact
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer requests via email, phone, etc
- Quote customers and Daily follow up with customers to close on quotations from the previous day
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Maximize all opportunities
- Present, negotiate, and close business deals with new or existing customers
- Work with the regional team members to ensure opportunities are maximized to drive profitability and ensure defined targets for the region are met or exceeded
- Understand customer needs, shape new business requirements, and be the voice of the customer
Preferred Qualifications
Have multiple languages skills (Arabic, Russian)
