Summary
Join Juul Labs as a Regional Chain Account Manager and drive sales growth within the e-cigarette market. You will manage key accounts and distributors, developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize ROI. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, along with experience in account management and the consumer products industry. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives and ensure excellent execution. Must live in North FL (Tallahassee, Jacksonville) and Southern Georgia.
Requirements
- 2-3 account management experience, preferably in the consumer products industry
- Proven sales leadership ability with advanced business development skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills. In addition to Chain Accounts VP and Directors, communication to internal and external sales teams is critical to success in this role
- Analytical working knowledge using IRI and Nielsen to provide retail customers with fact-based category insights to elevate sales leadership position
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly self-motivated, results oriented, and ability to drive category leadership sales execution
- Strong internal and external customer orientation with the ability to succeed in a team environment
- Highly adaptable and inherently motivated to develop a portfolio growth strategy within the industry
- Industry experience in Tobacco or Other Tobacco Products category
- Sales and/or Trade Marketing Management experience
- Understanding the JUUL customer and vapor industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Responsibilities
- Manage Regional Chain Accounts & Regional Distributors in assigned territory through a combination of maintaining regular call frequency to elevate rate of sale in new and existing key customers
- Oversee customer interaction and business relationships
- Develop chain specific sales, distribution and merchandising strategies that maximize ROI
- Effectively implement it against the assigned budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Monitor progress and support continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies
- Collaborate with the field sales team and other internal departments to develop and implement Retail Programming to drive rate of sale, execution excellence and incremental product placement
- Routine management of sales execution and category leadership with all partner distributors and chain retail accounts
- Work across internal departments to support Juul Labsβ Key Retail partners
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in Business or related field preferred
