Summary

Join our fast-growing CRM solutions provider as a Regional Commercial Leader! This remote, US-based role (with occasional travel) requires a proven track record in CRM or software solution sales, ideally within healthcare. Fluency in English and Ukrainian or Russian is essential, given our collaboration with a Ukrainian team. Experience with co-selling through AWS Marketplace or similar platforms is critical. The role involves developing and executing commercial strategies, building key stakeholder relationships, and actively networking within the healthcare tech industry. Based in the USA, preferred locations are Boston, New Jersey, or Florida.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar commercial role in an international product or software company
  • Strong background in CRM solutions and/or healthcare software markets
  • Demonstrated co-selling experience via AWS Marketplace or other B2B platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a strategic mindset
  • Fluent in English and either Ukrainian or Russian

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (especially within pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations)
  • Identify target markets, conduct strategic analysis, and lead go-to-market initiatives
  • Actively network within the healthcare tech industry to identify and win new business
  • Represent the company at external conferences and industry events
  • Stay informed about all products/services to support cross-selling and solution selling
  • Analyze markets and build business plans for expansion and business development
  • Monitor pipeline progress and ensure continuous development of customer accounts
