Remote Regional Community Manager

Summary

The Regional Community Manager - Asia will be responsible for growing the Oasis Network community across Asia by engaging with community members, coordinating events, creating content, and managing platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in community management, a deep understanding of the Asian market, and proficiency in using community management and team collaboration tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, particularly within the blockchain or technology sectors
• Deep understanding of the cultural and market dynamics of the Asian region
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• Proficiency in using community management platforms (Galxe, Guild, Zealy) and team management tools (Clickup, Monday, Notion)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one major Asian language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Passion for blockchain technology and the mission of Oasis Network

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to expand Oasis Network’s reach and engagement in the Asia region
• Foster and grow a vibrant community of Oasis Network users, developers, and enthusiasts
• Engage with the community through various platforms, including social media, forums, and local events
• Plan, coordinate, and host local meetups, events, and workshops
• Represent Oasis Network at regional conferences and organize community participation
• Create and curate content tailored to the Asian community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates
• Facilitate discussions and provide support across community platforms
• Utilize community management platforms such as Galxe, Guild, and Zealy to streamline operations
• Manage team collaboration tools like Clickup, Monday, and Notion for efficient project management
• Maintain organization and communication through Google Workspace
• Develop and implement strategies to drive community growth and engagement
• Monitor and analyze community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular reports on community activities, trends, and feedback to the global team
