Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 + years of sales experience
- 2+ years leading a sales team
- Proven experience in sales management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Prior cybersecurity experience & SaaS-based solutions

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to grow the skillset of the sales team
- Foster a positive environment promoting SpecterOpโs core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to ensure team growth and success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Eastern region
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels
- Serve as a point of escalation for critical accounts and effectively resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with Channel leadership to explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's market reach
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitors, and reports on key sales performance metrics
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track performance, client interactions, and pipeline management
