Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on managing all HR functions
  • Proven experience in recruiting niche talents across different regions in the IT industry or ERP fields
  • Proven experience in managing all HR functions
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle across different functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in either of the 3 regions, i.e. Americas, Asia, and Europe
  • English: Business level (written and spoken)
  • Self-starter, proactive, and result oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for APAC and EMEA
  • Develop sourcing and engagement strategies for assigned regions that aim at developing relationships with talents to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Design, implement, and evaluate L&D programs for global teams across Americas, APAC, and EMEA
  • Coordinate regional training initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding by providing proactive HR support and advice to team members in relation to all HR processes such as engagement, performance management, and compensation & benefits for assigned region(s)
