Summary
Join Storyblok's growing Partnership team as a Partner Manager and contribute to the company's success in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for promoting Storyblok's software and coaching partners, managing the entire partner journey from onboarding to GTM strategy execution. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, solution engineering) to achieve growth goals. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills within the SaaS partner/channel management landscape. Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in SaaS partner/channel management
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
- Strong in building, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across partner organisations
- Skilled in identifying new business opportunities by understanding market trends, partner capabilities, and customer needs
- Proficient in aligning and exploiting overlaps in partner ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) for synergistic opportunities
- Focused on aligning efforts with partners’ and clients’ goals, ensuring strategies meet end users’ needs and enhance satisfaction
- Demonstrate strong internal and external collaboration skills
- Strong desire to work in a coaching capacity within channel sales to deliver partner agency success and participate in a fast-growing company
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners with the support of our Partner Acquisition team by attending events and networking within our tech ecosystem
- Onboard and certify your partners with the support from our Sales and Solution Engineering teams
- Act as the main point of contact for your partners and liaise with various internal departments to optimize outcomes, including sales/customer success, engineering, product and marketing
- Build GTM strategies with your key partners and ensure the roll-out of associated activities to build a solid sales pipeline
- Drive account mapping conversations using dedicated methods and software to identify and accelerate sales opportunities
- Contribute to the expansion of the assigned region with the generation of new Enterprise clients through partners
- Track your ongoing performance by measuring KPIs and quotas associated with your partner management metrics
- Continuously adapt and suggest changes based on measured outcomes, doubling down on successful initiatives in an evolving environment
